[YRL] Call for Papers Proceedings Volume YDYS 2024

Dear All,

We are reaching out to provide you with further information about the 
upcoming proceeding volume of YDYS 2024 and to officially announce our 
call for papers.

We plan on publishing the volume in early 2026 as a special issue of the 
Journal of Yoga Studies. So far, about 15 prospective authors have 
expressed their interest in contributing. The submitted abstracts cover 
a range of fields including Social Sciences and Humanities, Religious 
Science, Indian Philosophy, History of Indian Art, and Sanskrit 
Philology.

Our editorial team consists of Dr. Karl-Stéphan Bouthillette, Manipal 
Academy of Higher Education; Scott Lamps MA, SOAS University of London; 
Corinna Lhoir MA, University of Hamburg; Anja Nikodem MA, University of 
Hamburg; Dr. Mirian S. R. de Oliveira, Universidade Federal da 
Integração Latino-Americana and Dr. Peter Pasedach, University of 
Hamburg.

If you have not expressed your interest yet, we invite you to do so by 
replying to this email at your earliest convenience. The deadline for 
your full contributions (appr. 5000-10000 words) is December 15.
